A blend of Hood River valley apples heavy on the green and tart varieties makes for a dry and crisp hard cider. Good apple aroma and an effervescent mouthfeel. ~6.5% ABV
Aji Margarita – Crush, Hood River, OR
Hood River Valley apples fermented dry and then infused with roasted Peruvian chilis, lime juice and cilantro. Crisp and tingly with a long finish. Often blended with sweeter ciders and a favorite in our cocktails :: ~6.7% ABV
Astra – Crush, Hood River, OR
An early ripening Siberian apple variety makes a dry, crisp and sparkly cider with a clean finish. Low alcohol content makes it "crushable"

Nellie 22 – Crush, Hood River, OR
Winter Nellis pears from the Hood River Valley fermented dry and aged for a year. A crisp and effervescent Perry with a clean finish and a short mouthfeel. ~6.5% ABV

Sacrilege Sour Cherry – Rev Nat's Cider – Portland, OR
Montmorency and Morello sour cherries fermented with equally tart Granny Smith apples make a delish year-round tongue pleaser :: ~5.0% ABV
Guava Grapefruit– Bauman's Cider – Gervais, OR
Guava, Grapefruit and pink peppercorns make a semi-dry summer cider that is at once tangy and refreshing. Clean notes of citrus mellowed by the sweet taste of Guava :: ~6.5% ABV
Reine des Pommes – Bauman's Cider – Gervais, OR
The "Queen of (cider) Apples" delights with a fruit forward flavor that's nicely balanced with an aromatic nose from these French cider apples. Refreshingly crisp with notes of tannins :: ~6.5% ABV
Semi-Sweet
Mutt – Crush, Hood River, OR
An easy-sippin', semi-sweet hard cider made from a basket of late season Hood River Valley dessert apples - whatever fell into the hopper and could not crawl out. A fruity nose and a crisp finish on the tongue. This one is aged 3 years in the keg - we brought it out for our 8 year anniversary. ~6.5% ABV
Orange Blossom – Bauman's Cider, Gervais, OR
A blend of Bauman's heirloom apples is fermented dry and then sweetened with the fragrant nectar of blood oranges. A strong aroma balanced with a lingering mouthfeel. A summer delight :: 6.9% ABV
Viva La Pineapple – Rev Nat's, Portland, OR
Hard NW apple cider infused with fresh and un-fermented pineapple juice, a touch of cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Hay and delicious :: ~6% ABV
Peach Raspberry – Bauman's Cider, Gervais, OR
The "peachy" aroma preps your senses to taste the equally "peachy" flavor of this quintessential summer cider. It is balanced nicely with the sweet tartness of the raspberries. A crisp and refreshing experience :: 6.9% ABV
Lemoncello – Elemental Cider, Arlington, WA
Crisp, North West apple cider infused with traditional Italian Limoncello concentrate - made from lemon zest and sugar. Sweet and tart and oh so refreshing on the tongue :: 6.0% ABV
Comice – Crush – Hood River, OR
Comice pears from Hood River valley are wild fermented and aged for 3 months. This is a crisp and sparkly perry with a tart, clean finish ~5.1% ABV
Sweet
Jamaica – Crush, Hood River, OR
A hard Agua Fresca of Hibiscus blossoms and cane sugar combined with the tart citrus notes of limes. Loads of sweet with a rich mouthfeel + long finish. Blends well with dry ciders, especially our spicy Aji Margarita. ~5.7% ABV
All The Berries – Bauman's Cider, Gervais, OR
Blueberries, Raspberries and Marionberries soak your palate with the flavors of summer in a hard, heirloom apple cider base. ~6.2% ABV
Hazy Strawberry – Tieton Ciderworks – Yakima, WA
North West hard apple cider infused with sweet and fragrant local strawberries. This unfiltered "hazy" cider has everone's fave summer berry "front and center", for both tongue and nose, with a lingering finish. Cheers: ~6% ABV
Queen's Red – Rev Nat's, Portland, OR
Think the smell of ginger bread and the comforting warmth of mulled wine - only it's a cider. It's barely the end of Summer and Fall is in the air and this cider is there to help your palate navigate that transition ~6.1% ABV

This is a benchmark, unfiltered wheat beer from the land of beer brewed since 1040. Light and refreshing. 5.4% ABV :: 14 IBU
PILSNER – Weihenstephan, Freising, Germany
A crisp, effervescent Pilsner with a classic, strong, hoppy nose and a pleasant bitterness. Prost! 5.1% ABV; 30 IBU
PALLET JACK – Barley Browns, Baker OR
Columbus, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe smack this classic NW IPA with flavors of citrus and pine. 2-row Barley and crystal malt form a mellow backbone for these hopped up suds. ~7.2% ABV
FESTBIER – Weihenstephan, Freising, Germany
The quintessential Oktoberfest lager beer. Light and perfectly balanced with the hoppyness of a Pilsner and the residual sweetness of a malty "Helles". Have a taste before our tap runs dry for the season. 5.8% ABV 26 IBU
DELIRIUM TREMENS – Brouwerij Huyghe, Melle, Belgium
A strong Belgian Pale Ale with a pale blond color, fine bubbles, a solid head and a wicked punch. Balanced taste, long mouthfeel and simply unforgettable when you wake up. ABV of 8.5% and 24.5 IBU
YA YA EE Juicy IPA – Thunder Island Brewing , Cascade Locks OR
Seven different kinds of hops bring out the juicy citrus and tropical aroma for a mellow flavor minus all the bitterness. 6.5% ABV + 18 IBU
KÖLSCH – Brauerei Gaffel, Köln, Germany
The classic Kölsch beer with the fruity complexity of an Ale and the crispness of a Lager. 4.8% ABV :: 27 IBU
